libcroco-tools software package provides Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) parsing and manipulation toolkit - utils, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcroco-tools
libcroco-tools is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcroco-tools package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcroco-tools *
You will get with libcroco-tools package name, version, architecture and description in a table
